We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
1. Who We Are
AI Stocks Scanner operates aistocksscanner.com and related services. We provide an automated software tool that generates algorithmic trading data output. Contact: aistocksscanner@gmail.com
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address — for account management, alert delivery, and service communications
- Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number or banking details
- Telegram username/ID — used solely to deliver alerts to your Telegram account
- Discord username/ID — used solely to deliver alerts to your Discord account
- Trade logs you voluntarily submit — entry prices, exit prices, position sizes you manually log via bot commands
Information collected automatically:
- Bot command usage (which commands you send, when) — used for service improvement
- Basic server logs (connection timestamps, errors) — retained for 30 days for debugging
We do NOT collect: browsing history, location data, device fingerprints, cookies for tracking, or any data beyond what is listed above.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Delivering trading alerts and service notifications to your Telegram and/or Discord
- Processing subscription payments via Stripe
- Providing your personal dashboard (Bot tier subscribers)
- Calculating Kelly Criterion position sizing based on your submitted trade history
- Improving the algorithmic output quality of the software
- Responding to your support requests
- Sending service-related communications (updates, changes to terms, launch notices)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — processing necessary to deliver the subscription service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests — service improvement, fraud prevention, security
- Consent — for waitlist emails and marketing communications (you may withdraw consent at any time)
5. Data Retention
- Active subscribers: data retained for the duration of your subscription
- After cancellation: data retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Trade logs: retained for 12 months from submission date
- Payment records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years) — held by Stripe, not us
- Waitlist emails: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Server logs: automatically deleted after 30 days
6. Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. Here is exactly what happens when you submit a deletion request:

What we will do:
— Confirm receipt of your request within

— Complete deletion within

What gets deleted:
— Your email address and account information
— Your Telegram and Discord IDs
— All trade logs you submitted
— Your dashboard data and state files
— Any personal information in our systems
What cannot be deleted:
— Payment records held by Stripe (subject to their retention policies and legal requirements)
— Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
— Records we are required to retain by law
Note: Canceling your subscription does
not automatically delete your data. You must submit a separate deletion request.
7. Your Other Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us

8. Third-Party Services
We use these third-party services to operate the Service. Each has their own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never transmitted to us. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Railway — cloud infrastructure for bot hosting. Data is stored on Railway servers in the US. Railway Privacy Policy
- Telegram — alert delivery. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
- Discord — alert delivery and community. Subject to Discord's privacy policy.
- Anthropic — AI analysis engine. Market data prompts are processed by Anthropic's API. We do not send your personal information to Anthropic.
- Formspree — waitlist form processing. Email addresses submitted via the waitlist form are processed by Formspree.
9. Data Security
We implement the following security measures:
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Dashboard access is protected by unique per-subscriber tokens
- Discord command access is restricted to authorized user IDs only
- No passwords are stored — authentication uses API tokens
- State files containing trade data are stored on isolated per-subscriber Railway instances
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- The right to delete personal information (see Section 6 above)
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

11. Cookies
Our website currently uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent notice.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us immediately for deletion.
13. International Data Transfers
Our services are hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
14. Changes to This Policy
We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. The updated policy will always be available at aistocksscanner.com/privacy.
