Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to subscribers.

All content, alerts, analysis, code, AI models, strategies, and materials provided by AI Stocks Scanner are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Stocks Scanner and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
